Shipping and Returns Policy

📦 Delivery

Processing times

All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days with a tracking number.
Personalized items require an additional 3 to 5 business days for personalization.
Tracking may take 5 to 7 business days to activate.

Delivery times (extended delays)

Due to the ongoing strike at Canada Post, delivery times are exceptionally longer.
Estimated delivery time: 7 to 10 business days.

We are monitoring the situation with our carriers and will update the status of your orders as soon as we receive new information.
Your satisfaction is our priority and our team remains available for any questions.


❌ Order cancellation

We process the majority of orders within 12 hours of them being placed.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@quebeau.com .

An order that has already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled .


📮 Address error

You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address provided when placing the order.

If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to change the address.
If it has already been shipped, no changes will be possible.

We cannot be held responsible for packages that are refused, undeliverable, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If a package is returned to us, you will be able to choose between:
– a refund minus shipping costs ; or
reshipment at your expense .

No refund or reshipment will be made until the package has been received by the sender.


🔄 Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

We do our best to make product descriptions as detailed as possible so you know exactly what you are ordering.

Return conditions

  • Products must be returned new, unused and in their original packaging .
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .
  • Quebeau does not offer prepaid return labels.

Return procedure

  1. Contact our support team at contact@quebeau.com to request a return.
  2. We will provide you with the return address and a return form to complete.
  3. Return the package via the carrier of your choice, with a tracking number .
  4. After receiving and verifying the items, we will process the refund via the payment method used for the purchase.

Custom items

Personalized items cannot be returned, except in the case of an error on our part or a proven product defect.
