Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy


Order Cancellation and Modification Policy

At Quebeau, we are committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly as possible to provide you with the best service. However, due to the speed of our logistics process , we cannot guarantee the possibility of modifying or canceling your order once it has been placed.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service immediately by email at contact@quebeau.com

  • Please indicate in the subject line of your email : "Cancel my order"
  • Include in the message : your full name and your order number.

We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been processed. However, if it is already being processed or shipped, no changes or cancellations can be made.


Return and Refund Policy

Delivery delays and delays:
We understand that delivery delays can be frustrating. However, delays caused by external factors, such as strikes, pandemics, customs restrictions, or carrier disruptions, are not grounds for a refund.
Once a package is shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier, and we cannot intervene to expedite delivery.

Refunds for shipped orders:

  • We cannot refund an order that is in transit or has already been shipped.
  • If you no longer want your order once received, you can return it in accordance with the rules set out below.

Return Conditions

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, with the delivery label intact.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions and Restrictions

  • Parcels in transit: No refunds will be given for orders in transit or awaiting delivery by the carrier.
  • Factors beyond our control: We ship all orders promptly, but we cannot be held responsible for delays due to exceptional circumstances (strikes, COVID-19, weather conditions, customs, etc.).

Refund Procedure (if applicable)

  • Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
  • If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within one week and credited to your original payment method.

Dispute Policy

  • We ask all customers to contact us directly before opening a dispute via PayPal or Stripe.
  • In the event of a dispute, we will provide all necessary evidence to demonstrate that your order was shipped in accordance with our commitments. This includes package tracking and communications.
